We had Alberto over Christmas last year in Verbier. The food was so fantastic. We loved how Alberto tailored his cooking to the quirky dietary needs of some of the family, who had assembled in a chalet for a week. The best by far were the dishes inspired by his family and his hometown in Italy. You’d be lucky to book him! GB

Alberto was so fantastic! He cooked for us for the week in the South of France and every meal was 10/10. On top of his phenomenal food, he was personable, friendly, fun, and by the end of the trip we felt like he was part of the family! We will definitely be using him again. Highly highly recommend!!

Alberto was fantastic as our chef in Verbier for the week. He made delicious meals for us as well as our children. One of the kids even demanded one of the recipes, they loved it so much. He was in very early to make sure breakfast was ready before we needed to get the kids off to ski school. Would highly recommend Alberto!

We hired Alberto as a private chef for our home in Greece last summer and he exceeded our expectations. He is exceptionally skilled at Italian/ southern Mediterranean cuisine to a Michelin standard. We also enjoyed excellent Indian, Japanese, Spanish and Greek cuisine. He had a wonderfully positive attitude and the kitchen was always meticulously clean and organised. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Alberto is a fantastic Chef, and team member. Incredibly professional, understanding how to navigate guest preferences at the very last minute and deliver incredibly high quality food.
Working in different properties across our portfolio also asks chefs to work in an organised and clean way, which Alberto did perfectly.
